TriggerIt’s eCommerce component includes a custom catalog (with extensive search), shopping cart, order entry, credit card processing, order processing modules, and back-office processing that combine to form a complete eCommerce solution. 

The core of any eCommerce is the catalog. Our catalog combines the security of a standard catalog with the flexibility to expand the fields in the catalog and alter the display for even the standard fields.

The shopping cart encourages shoppers to go back and browse or search the store for additional items allowing them to return to their shopping cart at any time. The order processing module contains code for most various billing types including credit card, purchase order, and COD. 

The information flow manages events such as e-mailing the customer an order confirmation, notifying order processing that a new order has been entered, and notifying the customer when the order has shipped.
